<div>We’re the residents of Nottingham Betel UK, and we’re about to embark on the *ultimate* adventure: the 3 Peaks Challenge – and yes, we’re doing it in 24 hours. That’s right. Three mountains, twenty-four hours, and a whole lot of snacks and determination!

<div>But here’s the twist: we’re not just climbing for the thrill (though, let’s be honest, we might need a bit of thrill to survive it). We’re doing this to raise money for something near and dear to our hearts—a much-needed renovation of the kitchen at the Betel Women’s House, a refuge for women in need of safety and hope. We want to create a space that’s not just functional but *welcoming*, a place where everyone can gather, cook, eat, and feel at home. And who better to help with that than the people who’ve spent time in that house and will be using that kitchen!

<div>Well, why not? It’s a huge challenge, but so is transforming a house into a true home. It’s about pushing ourselves to new heights (literally) to help make life a little easier, warmer, and more supportive for the wonderful women living in the Betel Women’s Refuge. Plus, we’ve all got a secret competitive streak—so we’re aiming for that 24-hour goal, whether our legs agree or not!

<div>**What’s the Plan?**

<div>On the day, we’ll be tackling the highest peaks in England, Scotland, and Wales: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon. We’ll be running, hiking, and possibly even crawling (don’t judge) to complete the challenge in 24 hours. It’s going to be tough, it’s going to be cold, it might get messy—but we’re doing it all to create a kitchen that will serve as the heart of the Betel Women's refuge for years to come.
