<div>Universoul Cafe is one of Sacramento’s leading food recovery organizations. Founded by Tonya Mack in 2019, they do revolutionary work recovering high-quality, unused food from hotels, restaurants, and events—food that would otherwise go to waste—and repurposing it to feed hungry families across the city.

<div>Universoul Cafe has distributed over a million meals since its conception in November 2019 and caters dozens of local events every month providing fresh meals for community partners.
