At a time when the world shut down, Tyler faced something even more terrifying: chemo, isolation, uncertainty, and the loss of his senior-year milestones. After a long, painful battle, he fought his way into remission and moved forward with hope.

<div>Tyler chased that hope straight into the classroom, becoming an elementary teacher in the very school he once attended as a child. His dream was to give back, to be the teacher who makes kids feel seen, safe, and loved—just as his teachers once did for him.
