<div>Our hearts are broken having to suddenly and unexpectedly put our beloved horse, <strong>Chance</strong>, down. <strong>Chance had developed a huge lump in his neck and was unable to breathe.</strong> After having the vet come to the barn and try unsuccessfully to help him, we had no option but to take him to Lexington hospital where they inserted a breathing tube while they tried to figure out what was wrong and how to help him. After the two-night stay, they informed us that we should have him put down so that he would not have to suffer.
