Bugün, dünya üzerinde birçok devlet, ilacın etkinliğini kabul ederek, vatandaşları için yaklaşık maliyeti 2.900.000 Dolar olan bu tedaviye sağlık sigorta sistemi üzerinden erişim imkânı sağlamaktadır.
