My name is Timothy, and I’m reaching out for help for my family during an incredibly difficult time. I was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. Because of my illness and the CHF, I’ve already been out of work for a couple weeks, and my doctor isn’t allowing me to go back for at least another month while my medication takes effect. This has put a huge strain on our finances and made it impossible for me to provide for my wife and kids the way I want to.

We’re doing everything we can to get by, but without my income, we’re at risk of losing the things that keep our family safe and stable.
