Ana was tragically killed, and her son, Luis Payano-Gutierrez, who is autistic, was also shot and is now fighting to recover from his injuries.

Sandy is a loving mother of two herself, and while she is determined to keep her family together, the emotional and financial burden she now carries is overwhelming.
