<div>Hi, my name is Katie, and I’m asking for your help on behalf of my brother Neil, sister-in-law Amanda, and their 15-month-old daughter Alice, who is currently in urgent need of a liver transplant. Alice was born with a rare liver condition and vein malformation (AVM) that has caused her liver to fail, and despite the doctors' best efforts, her condition has worsened rapidly.

<div>Alice has been in the intensive care unit at UNMC for weeks, undergoing treatments and procedures, and is now waiting for a donor liver. Every day is critical, and while we are hopeful for a match, the financial burden on Neil and Amanda, is overwhelming.
