<div>A dear elderly friend of ours has recently become the victim of an extremely serious and cruel financial scam where all of her finances has essentially been depleted. <div>Currently, she is without access to her own financial resources, and legal proceedings are underway. Unfortunately, we’ve been advised that it could take several months to a year before any resolution is reached.

<div>In the meantime, my mom and I are doing everything we can to support her—covering food, housing, and other daily essentials—but we are reaching a point where we simply cannot do it alone.
