<div>As a single mom and the sole provider for my home, I’ve always taken pride in doing everything I can to keep us afloat; emotionally, spiritually, physically and financially.

<div>Asking for help is not easy for me. In fact, I’ve spent the last two years working to avoid it. Over this period of time I have also come to the realization that asking for help is not a weakness. I am humbled and so grateful for my family who have been amazing!!

<div>In 2023, I was diagnosed with Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma (A type of kidney cancer). I had to undergo a full nephrectomy to remove my left kidney in August of the same year.
</div>

</div>
<div>After recovering from my first surgery, in January of 2024 I underwent a partial nephrectomy surgery to remove the largest and most accessible tumors on my remaining kidney.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At this time the medical team also accessed lone tumors that were found deep inside my kidney which they were unable to remove (to gauge size and for future scan reference).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We had hope that the surgeries would be enough. Unfortunately, follow-up scans revealed that the tumors on my remaining kidney had increased in size.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In May 2025, I began immunotherapy and chemotherapy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These treatments have taken a toll on my body and made it nearly impossible for me to work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After exhausting my savings to cover medical bills and day-to-day expenses, I now find myself in a place I never imagined — needing help with my monthly expenses.
</div>

</div>
<div>Your support would help cover: my mortgage so my son and I can stay in our home, ongoing medical bills not covered by insurance and

<div>basic living expenses while I continue treatment and recovery.
</div>

<div>Your support will also help launch me into the next phase of treatment, should another nephrectomy become unavoidable (dialysis until I am eligible for a kidney transplant).
