<div>Shane was in a side by side accident while visiting Colorado on a work trip. Both of his feet are broken leaving him with a long, expensive journey ahead. One foot is fractured with severe bruising and swelling. The foot with the more intense injuries is dislocated, broken and was infected from the side by side landing on top of him. He had one emergency surgery the day of the accident and has to wait 2 weeks before the bigger, more intense surgery. They've said he probably will not be able to walk for 6 months, and nothing fun for even longer . This injury will leave him unable to work for a very long time as well. On top of this he is missing out on a very important trip to Japan with his family. Shane is taking a huge mental and emotional hit from this accident but on top of that the medical bills are already piling up on him. The emergency room and first surgery were already over $40,000. Some places are willing to set up payment plans for him but other appointments have to be paid out of pocket in the moment. He is looking into financial assistance programs, which should help a little bit but is not guaranteed.

<div>If you know Shane, he is one of the most generous, fun loving, positive people. He enjoys helping others as much as he can and however he can. He is strong and has a great, positive attitude towards the healing process and he will recover stronger than ever, but with your help he can keep focusing on the good things, and not be as stressed about all the bills while they are coming in. Please help Shane by lightening the financial burden of this injury, any amount is greatly appreciated. If you can't help financially please help by sharing this gofundme, dropping him a loving message to raise the positive vibes, or if you're in the Colorado area, stop by to visit him while he is stuck on the couch. ANYTHING helps. He would appreciate anyway you can reach out to help.
