It’s not just about how I look, it’s about the way I carry myself in the world, the way I breathe, the way I show up in relationships, and the way I exist in public and private spaces.

<div>Top surgery isn’t just a physical procedure for me, it’s the key to unlocking a life where I can feel safe, strong, and home in my body. It means no longer layering myself in oversized clothes to hide what hurts. It means no longer avoiding mirrors or skipping beach days. It means walking into a room and being able to hold my head high, no longer bracing myself for judgment, confusion, or misgendering.

<div>More than anything, this surgery represents freedom. Mental freedom from the heaviness of dysphoria. Physical freedom to move through the world without pain or shame. And emotional freedom to fully embrace who I am without having to explain or hide.

<div>As someone who’s spent years putting others first, in my work, my relationships, and my community, asking for help doesn’t come easy. But I know I can’t do this alone.
