<div>We just returned home from vacation to a nightmare — Sprocket was in serious distress. After rushing him to the emergency vet, we learned he has a bowel obstruction that requires immediate surgery. He is currently being prepped, and will need to remain hospitalized for 1–3 days depending on his recovery.

<div>The cost of this surgery is estimated between $5,000–$8,000, with an upfront deposit of over $3,000 required just to proceed. While we are doing everything in our power to cover his care, the sudden cost is overwhelming.
