<div>Hi, my name is Pamela, and I’m asking for help to save my cat, <strong>Chicken</strong> — my sweet, stubborn little fighter who’s been through so much in just a few days. He is supposed to turn 7 years this summer.
</div>

<div><strong>Chicken was rushed to the emergency vet with a life-threatening urinary blockage</strong>, something that can be fatal in male cats if not treated immediately. Since then, he’s been in the hospital for 7 days and has endured:
</div>

</div>
<div>- 3 catheterizations
</div>
<div>- A severe and ongoing urinary bleed
</div>
<div>- Hospitalization with IV fluids, antibiotics, and pain meds
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And now, he’s developed anemia and needs a blood transfusion and ultrasound just to stabilize.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If his condition doesn’t improve, the next step may be PU surgery (perineal urethrostomy), a serious but potentially life-saving procedure that would prevent future blockages.
</div>

</div>
<div>I’ve already maxed out my CareCredit limit of $3,500, and the costs are now rising beyond what I can manage alone:

<div>$3,100–$4,000 for current emergency care, transfusion, and imaging
</div>

</div>
<div>$2,500–$3,000 if PU surgery becomes necessary
</div>

<div>I’m doing everything I can for Chicken, and I know he still has fight in him — but I need help to keep going.
