<div>For 37 years, we have dedicated our lives to caring for our beloved son, Sammy‑Joe\. He is our world, and every day we fight to give him the safety, dignity and quality of life he deserves\.

<div>Sammy‑Joe lives with Trichothiodystrophy, an extremely rare, complex and progressive genetic condition\. He is now completely dependent on others for every part of his daily life and requires continuous, high\-intensity care around the clock\.

<div>Despite everything he faces, Sammy‑Joe’s wish is simple: he wants to remain safely at home with his family\.
