Help Roxana come home! Her family, and especially her infant son, need her.

My name is Anna, and I am a friend of the Sandoval family. Two weeks ago, Roxana went to court for a hearing for her asylum case. The court gave her a follow-up court date for 2027. However, before she could leave the courthouse, she was detained by ICE.

Roxana has an open asylum case, a future court date, and no criminal record. There is no reason for ICE to detain her. In order to have her released, we need to pay a lawyer who can file a habeas corpus petition on her behalf, so that a judge can order ICE to release her. The total cost will be $6,000, and it must be paid up front in order for her petition to be filed.

We appreciate your support and any amount that you are able to donate to help bring Roxana home.
