My insurance policy (through GEICO) has a $500 deductible, but because the accident happened while I was working, my insurance said that my work insurance has to cover the damage. UberEats' insurance is through Liberty Mutual, and they have a $2500 deductible, which is beyond my ability to cover. It took GEICO over a week just to send an email to Liberty Mutual informing them of their denial of coverage, and for anyone to inform me of the outrageous deductible.
