<div>Our beloved staff has major damage from Hurricane Melissa, many lost their homes.

<div>More than half the staff have not been able to return to work, having lost their homes, roofs, and everything they own. These are hardworking Jamaicans who have spent decades helping to build and maintain Rondel Village into the beloved destination it is today.
