<div>Update: After reviewing the estimate more closely, we realized it only covers the mold removal — not the drywall or room restoration afterward. That work would require hiring another contractor, which adds significantly to the cost.

<div>In an effort to save money, Andrew has decided to fly out and handle the removal himself, which we’re hoping will free up funds to help finish the room properly.
