<div>A short time ago, I was prescribed a fluoroquinolone antibiotic (Levaquin). I trusted that medication would help me get better. Instead, it triggered a severe and disabling reaction that has turned my world upside down. This reaction is known as fluoroquinolone toxicity, and unfortunately, many doctors are still unaware of how devastating it can be.

<div>Since taking the medication, I have been living with constant pain and debilitating symptoms. Some of the daily struggles I now face include:

<div>. Severe nerve pain and burning sensations in my legs and arms
</div>
<div>. Muscle twitching and weakness that make it hard to stand for long periods of time
</div>
<div>. Blurry vision and eye floaters that affect how I see
</div>
<div>. Sleep problems and insomnia, making recovery even harder
</div>
<div>. Chronic fatigue and inability to do the simplest tasks without exhaustion
</div>

<div>Before this, I lived a normal, active life. Now every day feels like a fight just to get through basic activities. I’ve lost much of my independence and ability to work, and it’s been an incredibly isolating and frightening experience.

<div>why I’m asking for help

<div>unfortunately, there is no single “cure” for fluoroquinolone toxicity, but there are treatments therapies, and supplements that can support healing and improve quality of life. These include

<div>. Neurological and physical therapy for nerve healing and mobility 
</div>
<div>. supplements, medications, and nutritional support 
</div>
<div>. Alternative and integrative therapies that offer relief

<div>. Travel expenses to reach clinics and doctors experienced in FQ toxicity

<div>The cost of pursuing these treatments is overwhelming, especially since this illness left me not able to work. My goal is to raise [18,000], which will allow me to begin consistent treatment, regain some quality of life, and hopefully one day return to the activities and independence I miss so much.
