<div>I cancelled escrow on the property as was too far off down and also found out I actually should be able to qualify for fha and low income loans as a result of finally applying for disability. I had no idea I even could apply for disability, and had I ten years ago would have struggled alot less financially. Live and learn I suppose. So at this time I am waiting for official acceptance and will then restart the housing search but for something that will be financiable fha or usda etc that will require much lower down and interest payments. Thank ten enormously to all that have donated (I will get you back in some way or another). <div>My names Poppy, I'm a lifelong animal lover, caregiver, horse trainer, riding instructor, animal rescuer who is looking for assistance in funding the purchase of a property so I can truly get my animal rescue (primarily horses and dogs) and riding program off the ground. I was injured in 2014 when a horse came down on my back and I struggle with my own chronic pain and limitation. It is hard to work for equestrian programs of the caliber I used to however I am very capable of teaching, riding and caring for animals and decided it’s time to operate my own program. I should have done it many years ago but now or never.

The house will need some cleanup however has good bones.
