<div>As many of you know, Medicare and UnitedHealthcare reimburse physical therapy at rates far below the actual cost of delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Rather than reducing the time, attention, or expertise our patients receive, we made a different choice:

<div>We absorbed the difference.

<div>Over the past three decades, we have provided approximately $3,000,000 in subsidized care so that older adults, vulnerable individuals, and under-reimbursed patients could continue receiving the treatment they need — and deserve.

<div>We never advertised this. We simply considered it part of our responsibility to the community we serve.

<div>The financial gap created by Medicare and UHC reimbursement has grown significantly in recent years. Despite careful management, efficient operations, and our team’s extraordinary dedication, the clinic is now absorbing losses at a level that is no longer sustainable without help.
