<div>**UPDATE** Hello! First, thank you. Your support has meant a significant start towards rebuilding--basic needs, dental cleaning, phone repair and winter gear thus far. Our friend just got an opportunity for ongoing work beginning in February and we are hoping for a final push towards our goal to set her up for success by fixing up her computer, taking care of taxes and obtaining ID. Thank you so much for your support.*****

<div>Hello, friends.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are fundraising to support our dear friend who has experienced acute housing insecurity for several years. Right now, she’s in a safe and stable place with an opportunity to catch her breath, but only for the next few months. She is raising funds now to address some of her immediate needs while she begins to heal, and to ensure she has what she needs for the next steps.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We all know how incredibly resilient and determined she is, but prolonged housing insecurity has a profound impact on mental and physical health. This year has been particularly brutal and she is at a turning point. With your help she can take the first steps toward stability and recovery.

<div>Here’s how your donation will make a difference:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>1.</strong>	<strong>Basic Needs: </strong>First things first - toiletries and personal needs items, including period products, oral care supplies, etc.
</div>
<div><strong>2. Identification Renewal Fees: </strong>We’re raising funds to cover the fees to renew and update her health card and ID so she can access healthcare, employment, housing, and other support services.
</div>
<div><strong>2. Eye Care:</strong> to update a severe and worsening prescription.
</div>
<div><strong>2.</strong>	<strong>Dental Care:</strong> to get a dental cleaning, X-rays, and any necessary treatments to restore her smile and overall health.
</div>
<div><strong>3. Winter Clothes: </strong>The cold months are fast approaching, and she needs warm, reliable winter gear to ensure her safety and comfort, including a coat, boots, gloves, scarf, socks, etc.
</div>
<div><strong>5. Tax Filing:</strong> Raising funds to pay for online filing as she is currently gathering late file penalties.
</div>
<div><strong>6. Basic Connectivity:</strong> She does not currently have a working phone, which she needs desperately to access other supports.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your contribution, no matter how small, will help move things forward to long term stability.
</div>

</div>
<div>Please, share this page with anyone who might want to help!
