<div>In the heart of besieged Gaza, amidst the rubble of the European Hospital, my husband's body was flying in the air after the explosion. Everyone thought he was killed. But Akram survived... with a motionless body and a heart burning because he was unable to save his brother.

<div>My husband was preparing to donate a kidney to his brother Karam, who suffers from kidney failure, but today he is bedridden, unable to move.
