<div>Recently, we learned that my daughter Maya has end-stage kidney disease and is in need of a kidney donor as soon as possible. She’s officially on the transplant list, but the wait for a deceased donor can take 5+ years.

<div>A <em>living donor,</em> however, could help her receive a life-saving transplant much sooner, giving her more time — more life — and more hope.

<div>Maya is a college senior, a proud member of the College Honor Society, and continues to maintain high honor grades despite constant treatments and doctor visits. She’s majoring in Film and is already a young director and actress who uses her gifts to inspire others through storytelling and faith-based films.
