<div>If you have followed Muhannad’s story from the beginning, you know that this campaign started with one urgent goal: helping Muhannad and his children find a safe and stable home.

<div>Thanks to the kindness of people who believed in his family, that goal was reached. Muhannad was able to secure a small home, repair it, and settle his family there.

<div>But I believe this is not where his story should end.
</div>

<div>It should be the beginning of a new chapter.
</div>

</div>
<div>Muhannad has always wanted the same thing: the ability to work and provide for his children himself.
</div>

</div>
<div>Now that the most urgent needs surrounding the home have been addressed, he has an opportunity to take another important step.
</div>

<div>There is a small space beside his home facing a busy street. Muhannad wants to turn that space into a small Palestinian food restaurant, serving falafel, fava beans, hummus, and other simple foods.

<div>This is why the focus of the campaign has now changed.

<div>We are no longer only trying to help Muhannad’s family survive another difficult day.
</div>

</div>
<div>We are trying to help Muhannad build a way to support his family tomorrow.

<div>The goal is to help him prepare the space, purchase the equipment he needs, and install a solar power and battery system so he can operate the restaurant despite the severe lack of electricity in Gaza.

<div>I have seen how much Muhannad wants to work and how strongly he wants to provide for Yusuf, Jouri, and Julia.

<div>He does not want to ask people for help forever.

<div>For a long time, I have been asking people to help my family survive.

<div>Today, I want to tell you about a different dream.

<div>I want to earn my family’s living with my own hands.

<div>I want to wake up knowing that the food on my children’s table comes from my own work, not from asking others for help.

<div>After everything my family has been through, this may sound like a simple dream.

<div>But to me, it means everything.

<div>From Rebuilding Our Home to Rebuilding Our Lives

<div>I see an opportunity.

<div>I have dreamed of having my own small business for a long time.

<div>We Want to Build It Step by Step

<div>Our plan is simple.

<div>First, we need to build and prepare the small restaurant space.

<div>Then we need to furnish it and purchase the cooking equipment and supplies needed to operate it.

<div>Because electricity in Gaza remains extremely limited, we also hope to install solar panels and a battery system to help provide the electricity we need to operate the restaurant.

<div>This is not a large business.
</div>

</div>
<div>It is a small beginning.
</div>

</div>
<div>But for my family, it could mean a completely different future.
</div>

<div>Instead of asking for help every month, I want to create something that allows me to provide for my children myself.
