Michelle recently lost her beloved father to metastatic cancer 6 weeks ago. She was his primary caregiver, and his hospice journey was carried out in Michelle’s home with her by his side. A loyal friend and dedicated nurse, she has been a beacon of hope, offering refuge to survivors and comfort to patients in crisis. Despite her unbreakable spirit, the costs of metastatic breast cancer—chemotherapy, targeted therapies, travel for specialized care, and everyday expenses—are daunting.
