<div>Hi, my name is Mercy Akowe, and I am representing Greenbelt, Maryland at the National American Miss Nationals 2025 in Orlando, Florida.

<div>As the eldest daughter, I’ve always carried the responsibility of setting an example. That journey inspired me to create Big Sis, a platform that supports eldest daughters and introverts by providing safe spaces for growth and self-care. My dream is to expand Big Sis into community events that empower girls to know they are more than their responsibilities — they are leaders, dreamers, and changemakers.

<div>National American Miss isn’t just a pageant — it’s a program that builds confidence, communication, and leadership skills. With your support, I’ll be able to step onto the national stage and represent Greenbelt while inspiring young women to embrace leadership with courage and joy.

<div>Every donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to my dream of becoming National All-American Miss. Thank you for investing in my journey and in the mission of uplifting young women everywhere.

<div>Donate today to help me represent Maryland with pride and purpose!
