<div><strong>Story</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi everyone,
</div>
<div>I’m reaching out because I’ve been given an opportunity that feels almost unreal—and I need your help to make it possible.
</div>
<div>I was recently accepted to intern at Boragó, currently ranked #23 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list. This is a three-month internship in South America where I’ll be learning from one of the most innovative kitchens in the world.
</div>
<div>For me, this isn’t just an internship—it’s a life-changing chance to grow, learn, and bring something meaningful back to my community.
</div>
<div>Over the past two and a half years, I’ve worked incredibly hard to carve my own path in the culinary world. I didn’t go to culinary school, and I haven’t worked in a traditional restaurant setting—but through dedication, creativity, and the support of family, friends, chefs, and my community, I’ve been able to reach opportunities I once thought were out of reach. Here are a few examples of my work and the kinds of experiences I’ve been creating:
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Being accepted into a place like this so early in my journey is something I don’t take lightly.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why I Need Your Help</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This internship is unpaid, and during those three months, I’ll still need to cover my responsibilities back home while also supporting myself abroad.
</div>
<div>I’m hoping to raise $20,000 to help cover:
</div>
<div>* Rent and essential bills back home while I’m away
</div>
<div>* Flight/Travel there and back
</div>
<div>* Housing, food, and transportation in South America
</div>
<div>* Costs associated with creative projects and pop-up dinners I plan to host during my time there
</div>
<div>This support would allow me to fully commit to this experience without the stress of financial strain.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What This Means for the Future</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This opportunity is about more than just working in a world-class kitchen.
</div>
<div>It’s about what I can bring back.
</div>
<div>My goal has always been to create experiences that bring people together—blending food and music in a way that builds community, tells stories, and creates connection. The knowledge, techniques, and inspiration I gain from this experience will directly fuel that vision.
</div>
<div>With your help, I’ll be able to return not just with new skills, but with new ideas, deeper perspective, and the ability to give back to the same community that’s supported me from the beginning.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Closing</strong>
</div>
<div>If you’re able to donate, share, or support in any way, it truly means everything to me.
</div>
<div>Thank you for believing in me and being a part of this journey with me, and in what it can become. I truly wouldn’t be able to have gotten this far without you!

<div><strong>Historia</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hola a todos,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cena colaborativa con Bodega

<div><a href="https://youtu.be/eHYWeosGXdo?si=GSyAPdBmvEWXDe3y" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Video Link</a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Por qué necesito su ayuda</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Espero recaudar $20,000 para ayudar a cubrir:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Renta y gastos esenciales en casa mientras estoy fuera
</div>
<div>* Vuelo y transporte de ida y vuelta
</div>
<div>* Vivienda, comida y transporte en Sudamérica
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Cierre</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
