<div>Back in June, I got hurt at work in the upper part of my groin, and the injury turned into an infection. On July 3rd, I had surgery to treat it. What made things even harder is that workers’ comp denied my case, so now every single medical bill is coming straight out of my pocket.

<div>Right now, I can’t work, and the bills are stacking up fast:

<div>	•	Physical Therapy: I need 3 sessions a week for 10 weeks. My copay is $25 per visit, which adds up to $750 total.

<div>	•	Doctor Visits: I still have at least 3 more appointments with specialists (orthopedic, intensive care, and infectious disease).

<div>	•	Hospital Bills: On top of that, I owe thousands of dollars in hospital costs that I’ll have to face down the line.
