<div>Hi, my name is Rebecca, and I am the founder of Refresh Kits.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Refresh Kits c.i.c is a community-led initiative supporting young people by providing hygiene education, confidence-building workshops, and access to essential hygiene products.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Because for too many young people, something as basic as soap, deodorant, or toothpaste is not guaranteed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Hygiene poverty is a hidden issue, but its impact is visible every day.</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Young people are:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Missing school
</li>
<li>Avoiding social situations
</li>
<li>Experiencing bullying and shame
</li>
<li>Struggling with confidence and self-esteem
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All because they don’t have access to basic hygiene products.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>One student said:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>“I didn’t know some people don’t have these things… we should help, not judge.”</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s exactly why Refresh Kits exists.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What Refresh Kits Does:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li> Deliver free workshops in schools and community spaces
</li>
<li>Create safe, judgement-free conversations around hygiene and self-esteem
</li>
<li>Provide hygiene kits with essentials like soap, deodorant, toothpaste, and period products
</li>
<li>Run drop-in sessions where young people can access support privately
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Each kit gives a young person:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>The confidence to attend school
</li>
<li>The ability to feel clean and comfortable
</li>
<li>A sense of dignity
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Something many of us take for granted.</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How Your Donation Helps</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution makes a real difference:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>£5 – Basic hygiene essentials
</li>
<li>£10 – A full hygiene kit for one young person
</li>
<li>£50+ – Supports multiple students and workshop delivery
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Impact So Far</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through our workshops:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Up to 100% of students report increased awareness of hygiene and stigma
</li>
<li>Students feel more confident supporting themselves and others
</li>
<li>Safe spaces are created where young people feel seen and heard
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How You Can Support</strong>
</div>
<div>Donate whatever you can
</div>
<div>Share this page
</div>
<div>Partner with us or sponsor a hygiene kit
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution helps us reach another young person who needs support.
</div>
<div>Hygiene is not just about being clean.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It’s about confidence, dignity, and belonging.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we can make sure no young person feels embarrassed to come to school.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your support
</div>
