He misled me into believing there was no court date and that we had agreed on a property division. As a result, a one-sided judgment was entered that gives him full control over the house we both shared and that I continued paying the mortgage and major repairs on for over a year after he moved out.

I’m not trying to take more than I deserve just to make sure the division is fair and reflects the truth.

<div>Unfortunately, challenging what happened now requires court motions and legal fees I simply can’t afford on my own. I’ve already been through so much emotionally, financially, and legally and I’m asking for help to finally be able to stand up for myself and have my side of the story heard.
