We're facing a difficult and increasingly hostile situation for transgender individuals in our current home in the south, and our safety and well-being are increasingly at risk. Our goal is to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota, by the end of September. Minnesota is a sanctuary state that offers a much safer and more welcoming environment for transgender folks, and we're especially eager to get there because we have a strong support system of friends who have already made the move to the Twin Cities. We can't wait to be reunited with them.
