<div>We’re Natalie and Eli Zablosky, partners in life, work, and now this community grocery store.

<div>Natalie Zablosky (formerly Prewitt) was born and raised in San Marcos. She comes from a close-knit family rooted in home cooking, shared meals, and small-town values. Her deep roots in this city shape everything we envision for Ollie’s: local, welcoming, and made with care.

<div>Eli Zablosky has spent the last decade working behind the scenes of beloved community spaces like:
