<div><strong>Help Us Open Ollie’s Market – A Neighborhood Grocer Rooted in San Marcos</strong>
</div>
<div>Hi, we're Natalie and Eli Zablosky, and we’re opening <strong>Ollie’s Market</strong>, a small, independent grocery store in downtown San Marcos.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ollie’s isn’t part of a big-box empire. It’s a neighborhood grocer with local roots, built by people who live here and care about what we eat. We’re raising $15,000 to help cover the costs of opening our storefront, and we’re matching that with $15,000 of our own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why We're Building Ollie’s</strong>
</div>
<div>We believe our town deserves a store that offers:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Everyday staples, thoughtfully sourced
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Local goods from farmers and makers who call this region home
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A space that feels like it belongs to you
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn’t a trendy concept or a pop-up. It’s a long-term investment in San Marcos — in food access, in community, and in small business.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Who We Are</strong>
</div>
<div>We’re Natalie and Eli Zablosky, partners in life, work, and now this community grocery store.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Natalie Zablosky (formerly Prewitt) was born and raised in San Marcos. She comes from a close-knit family rooted in home cooking, shared meals, and small-town values. Her deep roots in this city shape everything we envision for Ollie’s: local, welcoming, and made with care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Eli Zablosky has spent the last decade working behind the scenes of beloved community spaces like:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Apogee Presents – bringing live music and culture to downtown
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Tantra – the iconic coffeehouse and gathering space
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>San Marcos Film Lab (formerly Zablosky Film) – a hub for creatives, students, and locals to preserve their memories
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we’re pouring our energy into something new and nourishing. Ollie’s Market will be a space where people can shop with intention, support their neighbors, and trust what’s on the shelf.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This local grocer is our next chapter. We're building it from the ground up with the help of the community that shaped us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What Your Support Will Help Fund</strong>
</div>
<div>The money we raise through this campaign will help with:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Improvements to our downtown storefront
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Equipment like coolers, shelving, and kitchen appliances
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our first inventory order, prioritizing small producers, farmers, and regional goods
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’ve already chosen a location, started building supplier relationships, and committed our own funds to this project. Your support helps us move forward with momentum and confidence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Thank You for Believing in Local</strong>
</div>
<div>We’re excited to build something that lasts — something that brings neighbors together around good food, good people, and shared values.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you give $10 or $1,000, or simply help spread the word, we welcome you to be a part of this journey with us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>
<div>Natalie &amp; Eli Zablosky
