<div>Jermey has always been full of life, known for his willingness to help others. Beginning with The Ridge Culver Fire Department Explorers program, EMT with National Ambulance, Heritage Christian Services. He found his passion in nursing and became an RN helping many patients at Highland,Strong, and RRH systems, as well as Finger Lakes Donor Recovery. But over the past few years, his health has taken a serious turn. Diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis, Jermey’s lung function has rapidly declined. Despite his resilience and medical treatment, he now needs a double lung transplant to survive.

<div>Jermey has been evaluated and accepted onto the transplant list. While this is hopeful news, the costs surrounding a lung transplant are overwhelming. Even with insurance, Jermey faces substantial expenses, including:

<div>Travel and lodging for surgery and follow-ups (often out of state)
