<div>Jack Muni is 19 years old and currently battling stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma where he has multiple areas of melanoma both inside and outside of his brain.

<div>Jack loves playing cricket for Knypersley Cricket Club, football, going on holidays and spending time with friends and family. Jack is a huge Newcastle United FC supporter and has been to St James Park on a couple of occasions.

<div>Jack was first diagnosed with melanoma at just 12 years old, since then he has undergone several treatments:

<div>· Lung surgery

<div>· Brain surgery

<div>· Radical neck dissection
</div>
<div>· Multiple cyberknife (radiotherapy) treatments to his brain

<div>Throughout all of this Jack has remained positive, continuing to play sports whilst still trying to battle this horrible disease.
</div>

<div>Unfortunately, there are now no standard treatments available, and Jack is now not eligible for clinical trials due to the active melanoma progression in his brain.
</div>

</div>
<div>Jacks only option is to pay privately for immunotherapy, and this treatment is only available to him in London at The Royal Marsden Hospital.
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To begin with Jack is being treated with a combination of 2 drugs; Ipilimumab and Nivolumab which are administered every 3 weeks, he will have 4 cycles of this treatment followed by just a single immunotherapy drug (Nivolumab) given monthly for up to a year.
</div>

<div>Due to the treatment being private as it not available to him through the NHS, the cost of the 4 cycles is extremely high. Every donation will help towards the high cost of funding the immunotherapy along with the costs of travelling to and from London.
