<div>Inner Light C.I.C was born from lived experience — as a single mum and carer of a child with special needs, I know how isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming life can feel. Traditional yoga spaces often don’t meet the needs of carers, trauma survivors, or families who need the most support.

<div>That’s why we created Inner Light: a non-profit dedicated to trauma-informed, inclusive yoga and wellbeing practices. Our first SEN-friendly yoga class sold out in just one day — proof that the need is huge.

<div>Offer free or low-cost yoga classes for SEN families, carers, and those struggling with stress.

<div>Run monthly healing retreats to help parents, carers and social workers release trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
