<div>He has recently been detained on what should have been a routine traffic stop. The police never even told us what he was being detained for until they put him in the police car. They also didn’t care when we showed proof of his court date AND told them he’s in asylum proceedings.

<div>They called border control and they are holding him until ice comes and takes him to a detention center.

<div>We need to secure a Michigan immigration attorney immediately.

<div>Ibrahim is my support system, husband and best friend. I depend on him for everything. Without him I’m facing extreme emotional and financial stress trying to handle everything on my own. And I sadly don’t have the financial ability to tackle this on my own.
