Asia has been with me since I was four years old. She moved with me through different states and houses, always by my side before I even started school. When I had no one else to hang out with, Asia was there, curling up next to me and purring, making me feel comfortable and loved. From the day I picked her out at the shelter, I knew she was special, and she’s been my companion through every chapter of my life.

Just today, I found out that Asia has hyperthyroid, diabetes, and kidney disease. The vet told me she’s suffering every minute she’s here, and the kindest thing I can do is to let her go soon. It’s heartbreaking to say goodbye on such short notice, but I want to give her the dignity and love she deserves in her final moments.

I’m raising funds to cover the costs of her cremation and vet care. I need to have a part of her with me because she’s been my childhood companion, and I can’t imagine losing all of her. If you’ve ever had a childhood pet, you know how much they mean to you, but you really don’t know how much they’ve impacted your life until they’re gone. Any support you can give would mean the world to me and help me honor Asia’s memory.
