<div>At the age of 23, I tried CrossFit for the first time. Over the past decade, this sport has become so much more than fitness—it’s become my community, my therapy, and my way to fight back against a progressive disease that tries to limit me every day.

<div>I’m incredibly proud (and honestly a little stunned) to say that I’ve been invited to compete at the 2025 CrossFit Adaptive Games this September. It’s something I’ve poured years of sweat, struggle, and stubbornness into—and now, I’m almost there. But I can’t get to the Games alone.
