<div>In January of 2024 we were told that my sister in law had 3 months to live. She has stage 4 liver cancer and an inoperable tumor.  She has made it much longer than expected and we are grateful for the time with her but it is selfish to pray for someone to stay when they are in so much pain. We have been told that she now only has days left and her suffering will soon be over.

<div>Kristen is not even 50 and will leave behind 4 adult children and 4 grandchild.

<div>During these long months, my brother has been her caretaker. He has been trying to get approval so that he could get compensated since he has not been able to work. Kristen is unable to even walk so she needs constant supervision. This has been a such a difficult time for all of them.
