<div>Recently, my sciatica has flared back up to a terrible degree, and I am unable to work. My left leg is in constant pain, particularly from the hip to my knee. It makes it hard to walk. My left hand is also suffering from some sort of tendon pain.

<div>My doctor recommended I go to physical therapy and subsequently take leave from work. My leave was denied because I do not work enough hours to qualify. I can get different leave, but it looks like it will be unpaid, leaving me in a financial bind. This was unexpected, and since I live paycheck to paycheck, I have no savings.
