<div>The Masjid Quba Maktab program is a dedicated youth after-school program which provides tailored Islamic education to underserved youth in the broader Flatbush community.  The Maktab program provides a variety of services including Quran lessons and Islamic tutoring to impart spiritual lessons and values in the youth. <strong>Furthermore, as an after-school program, the maktab program is an irreplaceable asset to many parents in the community who are unable to afford traditional evening childcare for their children. </strong>

<div>The Maktab program currently faces a monthly deficit of $1,500 because we accept all students regardless of their ability to pay the monthly fee in full or at all. All help is greatly appreciated!

<div>Our yearly target is $9,000 for the entire program. The cost to sponsor a child for the month is $80, whereas the cost to sponsor a child for the year is $880.
