<div>The Buffalo Soldier Chapter of The ROCKS, Inc. is dedicated to mentorship, leadership development, and professional growth for officers, warrant officers, cadets, and students pursuing careers in service. This year, we are committed to directly supporting two JROTC cadets by awarding them each a $1,500 scholarship to help them achieve their academic and leadership goals. We also seek to place $500 in the scholarship fund for 2026.

<div>JROTC programs instill discipline, leadership, and service-oriented values in high school students, shaping them into future military officers, first responders, educators, and civic leaders. Many of these students come from underrepresented communities and have the potential to do great things—but they need our support.
