<div>Hello friends, family and maybe even strangers. I am putting this Go Fund me together for one of my dearest friend’s parents. Last year, her dad suffered from a heart attack resulting in a pacemaker. After months of increasing health issues, he has now been diagnosed with Stage 4 throat cancer. Due to his heart conditions, doctors are recommending he does not receive the surgery as he is a high risk case. Currently they are looking at chemo and radiation, but even so this gives a 50/50 chance of 5 years.

<div>These are people who worked hard their entire life. They recently purchased a small home that was more accommodating physically given the health and mobility issues, only to now be faced with so much uncertainty on their future.
