<div>On 11/20/25, <strong>Evan and Emma’s home was damaged by a sudden bathroom fan fire</strong> that burned their bathroom and filled their entire house with heavy smoke. The smoke had spread through every room, leaving their home unlivable for what may be 6 months to a year. Almost all of their clothes, bedding, furniture, and personal items are now smoke-damaged or ruined.
