<div>My name is Katherine, and I live in the United States. I am the organizer of this campaign, and will be using trusted sources to transfer funds raised directly to Esraa.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I first connected with Esraa Am- Hamza in January, 2026 through social media while learning of the personal stories of families living in Gaza Strip during this ongoing crisis.
</div>
<div>Over time we began communicating regularly, and she shared more about her life and the challenges, she and her family are facing while displaced in Al-Mawasi near Khan Yunis.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Her strength, resilience, and dedication to her children deeply moved me. Since January, I have been advocating for Esraa by sharing her story, raising awareness, and trying to help connect her with people who are willing to support her family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After verifying her identity, I then created this fundraiser to provide a safe and transparent way for people to help Esraa, and her 5 children, since families in Gaza often cannot directly access fundraising platforms like GoFundMe.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I will continue to provide updates and ensure that funds raised are transferred to Esraa through trusted channels.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Esraa is 31 years old and was once an English teacher. Before the war, she lived in a loving home with her husband and children. Their home was filled with warmth, safety, and hope for the future. Like many families in Gaza, that life has now been completely destroyed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, Esraa and her children are displaced and living in a tent in Al-Mawasi, a coatal area where many families have sought refuge. Life there is extremely difficult. Access to clean drinking water is limited, food is scarce, and the weather conditions make survival even harder.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, Esraa and her husband obtained a tent. They are making weekly installment payments. They purchased it on credit, for $500.
</div>
<div>Their current balance is $350 with each installment due every Sunday, in the amount of $50. Can you imagine having no money, no way to pay for food, for basic necessities, and no work, and then buy a tent on credit from the merchants, only to be one payment away from being kicked out onto the sand, under the scorching sun. Her family has no furniture, no beds, only blankets and 2 pillows, for a family of seven.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Esraa is the mother of 5 young children:
</div>
<div>Hamza (12)
</div>
<div>Ghina (11)
</div>
<div>Nagham (10)
</div>
<div>Omar (8)
</div>
<div>Malik (5)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite everything they have endured, Esraa continues to remain strong for her children and hopes for a safer future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised through this campaign will help provide:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For a family of 7 in Gaza; they need at least $100 per day for food, and clean drinking water,
</div>
<div>Clothing and basic necessities- $60
</div>
<div>Shelter and protection from the elements installment payment $50 due every Sunday until balance is paid off.
</div>
<div>Essential supplies for the children $30
</div>
<div>one kilo of Firewood $20 or gas 1 kilo $40
</div>
<div>Because people living in Gaza often cannot directly access international fundraising platforms, I will personally ensure that donations are transferred to Esraa through trusted channels so she and her children can receive support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation, no matter the size, can help this family survive during an incredibly difficult time. If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser can also make a meaningful difference. They need our compassion and our immediate action to ensure their continued survival.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your compassion and kindness. I am deeply grateful.
</div>
