<div>Just before her 7th birthday in 2021, our beloved daughter, Emma Alenianah now 11 years old, has been diagnosed with chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), a rare autoimmune disorder that affects her blood’s ability to clot and puts her at constant risk of severe bleeding.

<div>Watching our daughter endure frequent hospital visits, treatments, and the emotional toll of a chronic illness has been incredibly challenging. Despite her strength and resilience, her condition requires ongoing medical care , specialist visits, medications, and sometimes emergency interventions. All of which come with significant financial strain.

<div>Her pediatrician has urgently advised us to seek immediate off-island treatment. Local medical options cannot provide the specialized care she needs. With her platelets at 33, it is dangerously low, putting her at constant risk of uncontrollable bleeding.
