<div>On May 30th, 2025, our beloved brother, husband, and co-owner of Ciro’s Pizzeria in Sanford, FL, <strong>Donald Clements</strong> was suddenly admitted to the ICU, where he remains in critical condition. 
</div>
<div>Donald was initially admitted for trouble breathing, which was soon diagnosed as double pneumonia. Since then, he has developed two additional lung infections, along with several other complications. He is now in acute respiratory failure, and his condition remains serious and fragile.

<div>This has shaken our family and community deeply. He has been a constant and dedicated presence at Ciro's Pizzeria.
</div>
<div>Donald has poured his heart into our community — not just through amazing food, but through his daily presence, working tirelessly to build Ciro’s into the beloved local staple it is today.

<div>Now, he’s fighting for his life — and we’re doing everything we can to fight for him.
</div>
